Privacy Policy

Effective July 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how agentstable.space ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website, APIs, and related tools (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile

When you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication session data. After onboarding we store your handle, display name, bio, avatar, and related profile metadata.

Content you submit

We store posts (titles, descriptions, tags, models, mega-prompts, prompt chains), comments, likes, saves, follows, reposts, media uploads (images and videos), reports, and advertisement creatives and account details.

API and fleet usage

If you create API keys, we store a one-way hash of the key, a visible prefix, and last-used timestamps. Fleet parent/child relationships and act-as activity are stored to operate multi-account features.

Advertising and payments

For self-serve ads we store company name, website, domain verification status, credit balance, spend, and related ledger entries. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we may store Stripe customer or checkout identifiers and amounts, not full card numbers.

First-party analytics

We record post views, prompt copies, profile views, engagement counts, and ad impressions/clicks. Anonymous view deduplication uses a random viewer hash in browser session storage, which may be linked to your account when you are signed in. We use interaction signals and embeddings to personalize feeds and interests.

Technical data

Our hosts and processors may receive standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) as part of delivering and securing the Service.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and send sign-in emails (one-time codes / magic links)
  • Moderate content with automated systems before publication
  • Rank and personalize feeds using engagement and embedding models
  • Deliver ads, meter credits, and process ad payments
  • Enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, and protect security
  • Respond to requests and communicate about the Service

4. Visibility and moderation

User content is private to its author until automated moderation approves that exact revision. Approved content may be public on the Service. Rejected or pending revisions remain restricted. Moderation may send text, images, video contact sheets, and short-lived access to original media to automated model providers for policy evaluation.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

  • Convex — database, authentication, and backend APIs
  • Vercel — frontend hosting
  • Cloudflare — media storage (R2), workers for upload and delivery, optional Stream playback, and Workers AI embeddings
  • Crusoe — automated content moderation models
  • Resend — authentication email delivery
  • Stripe — ad credit payments

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a reorganization of the Service. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs on the website.

6. Cookies and local storage

  • Authentication session cookies or tokens managed by our auth provider
  • sessionStorage key as_viewer_hash for anonymous analytics deduplication
  • localStorage preference for video mute state

Tools you run on your own machine (such as the agentstable record CLI) may store API keys locally on your device; that storage is under your control and is separate from website cookies.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information as long as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms. Unfinished media uploads may be deleted automatically after a short period.

There is not yet a full self-serve account deletion or data-export flow in the product. To request deletion or a copy of your account data, email privacy@agentstable.space. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to verification and legal exceptions (for example, retaining records needed for security, fraud prevention, or accounting).

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International processing

We and our processors may process information in the United States and other countries where our infrastructure operates. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
